We are seeking to recruit a Chauffeur on a full-time basis to join our growing team at Iniala Harbour House. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting the hotel's guests and assisting with other in-house transportation requirements. You will also be expected to undertake tasks relating to the vehicle's care and upkeep.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
This position calls for discrete and responsible individuals, with excellent guest relations skills and willingness to work atypical hours.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Duties &amp; Responsibilities  
<ul>
<li>Shuttles guests from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, assisting them with their luggage as required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Transports guests to other tourist attractions and provides them with information on the local area.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carries out other trips for the hotel as instructed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Undertakes vehicle maintenance checks on a regular basis and immediately reports any damages or issues to Management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures that the Hotel vehicle is well-maintained and kept in top-notch condition. This includes regular cleaning of its external and internal areas.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Interacts with clients professionally and ensures they are being transported in the safest manner possible.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures proper grooming and hygiene at all times.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carries out other related duties as instructed by Management.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience  
<ul>
<li>Prior experience working as a Driver, preferably within the hospitality industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent driving skills, with a commitment to safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>In possession of a valid Driver's Tag from Transport Malta.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills. Fluent English is a must and knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Outgoing, approachable, and well-mannered with guests.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Willing to work weekends, Public Holidays as well atypical hours.&nbsp;</li>

Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Assists in setting up tables with utensils, glassware and tableware in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and appearance of tables throughout service, promptly clearing used dishes and utensils.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Keeps a keen eye on tables and alert servers if drinks require refilling.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepares and serves bread baskets and other condiments to guests.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborates with the Chef de Rang and other team members to take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Familiarise yourself with the menu offerings, ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests with any inquiries.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be attentive to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, promptly addressing requests and providing exceptional customer service.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assists in the clearing and resetting tables efficiently after each course, maintaining a clean and orderly dining area.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures that all silverware, glassware and serving equipment are polished to perfection and ready for service.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintains an adequate supply of clean linen by retrieving clean linen and delivering dirty linen to the Hotel’s Linen Department.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures that all stations are stocked with the necessary items.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Offers assistance to senior service team members and management as needed to maintain a seamless and efficient dining service.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follows all safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols to create a safe and pleasant dining environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carries out other job-related duties as required.  &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of previous experience working in a Michelin-starred or fine dining establishment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Possess a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and an eagerness to learn and develop within the industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in the English language. Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and courteous demeanour.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure and attention to detail.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
