Overview

Job Summary 

As Sales & Reservations Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue by promoting and selling Iniala’s accommodation, services, and facilities across all channels, including online platforms. You will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed business, developing new revenue opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships, while delivering a consistently refined and personalised guest experience.

Working closely with internal departments, you will ensure seamless service delivery in line with Iniala’s luxury standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and service-driven, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for exceeding guest and client expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming telephone enquiries, assisting guests with new reservations, amendments, and cancellations in a professional and timely manner.

• Respond promptly and courteously to email enquiries, providing detailed reservation information, confirmations, and relevant pre-arrival details.

• Proactively promote current offers, packages, and room upgrades to maximise revenue and enhance the guest experience.

• Provide comprehensive information regarding room categories, facilities, rates, dining outlets, events, and hotel services.

• Accurately input and maintain guest profiles and reservation details within the PMS, ensuring secure processing of credit card payments in line with company policies.

• Liaise with prospective clients via phone and email to coordinate meetings and site visits.

• Prepare tailored sales proposals and quotations in line with client requirements and brand positioning.

• Follow up on all sales enquiries and business leads within 24 hours to optimise conversion opportunities.

• Conduct professional hotel site inspections and show rounds, presenting facilities in line with brand standards.

• Monitor Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and third-party distribution platforms to ensure content accuracy, rate parity, and optimal positioning.

• Oversee the hotel booking engine, ensuring accurate room inventory management, correct rate loading, and effective promotion of offers.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management in support of the Sales & Reservations function.
