We are seeking Lobby Attendants to join our growing team at Iniala. In this frontline role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. With a warm and genuine welcome, you will greet guests upon arrival, assist with their luggage, and ensure a smooth transition into the hotel. Duties & Responsibilities
- To meet and greet all arriving guests at the curb side, with a welcoming and friendly disposition.
- Open vehicle doors for guests upon arrival.
- Assist the guests with luggage and packages from the curb side and escorts them into the hotel.
- Correspond with all relevant departments to ensure a smooth and seamless arrival/departure process.
- Handle basic guest inquiries when necessary, escalating complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Make arrangements for taxi services or any other form of transport requested by guests.
- Monitors the main entrances to the hotel to ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.
- Assists in the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel’s lobby and entrance ways keeping the areas clean and organised to maintain the optimal first impressions for our guests.
- Carries out other job-related duties as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous similar experience in a luxury hotel is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional guest service, ideally within a high-end hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and enhancing the guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with guests.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Physical ability to lift and transport guest luggage from their vehicle into the lobby, safely and comfortably.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
