About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our luxury hospitality brand. This is a part-time position (16-20hrs per week) with a blend of onsite and hybrid working, offering flexibility while ensuring strong integration with our brand and team culture.
The ideal candidate will have a creative mind with a strong sense of aesthetics, capable of translating our brand values into refined, emotionally engaging visuals across all touchpoints, both digital and print.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce sophisticated visual assets for online and offline marketing, including social media, website visuals, digital ads, email campaigns, and printed materials.
- Develop brand-consistent layouts for menus, brochures, guest in-room materials, signage, and event collateral.
- Support the marketing team in visual storytelling for seasonal campaigns, hotel events, and press releases.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure visual cohesion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, ideally within the luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), complemented by familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Experience with Pitch is regarded as an asset.
- Experience with Generative AI tools for creative and visual development purposes.
- Solid knowledge of print production processes, including colour management, proofing, and paper selection.
- Refined sense of composition, typography, and colour balance, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of brand systems and the discipline to uphold their integrity.
- Passion for design, culture, and visual storytelling that reflects a contemporary and luxurious aesthetic.
