Job Description

Overview

As we prepare for an exciting phase of growth and expansion, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team to source, engage, and secure high quality staff across all levels of the business.

This role combines the strategic focus of an in-house recruiter, with a deep understanding of our brand, culture, and ambitions. Working closely with the Head of HR, this individual will shape and drive proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with our business growth roadmap.

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  In collaboration with the Head of HR, develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business expansion plans and long-term workforce needs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to anticipate future talent requirements by understanding workforce planning, business priorities, and growth forecasts.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key leadership, technical, and operational roles, supported by ongoing talent mapping, market scans, and competitor intelligence.
  • Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement to inform strategic hiring decisions.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a consistent and rigorous evaluation process.
  • Enhance the candidate experience across all touchpoints, ensuring it reflects our values, tone, and visual identity.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, providing expertise on role design, job descriptions, interview strategy, and talent availability.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Communications to position Iniala as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry expos—locally and internationally—to promote the employer brand and attract top-tier talent.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices that foster diversity and equity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, tools, and policies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and fairness.
  • Own and optimize recruitment systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and data integrity.
  • Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and candidate feedback to guide performance and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure recruitment aligns with and supports the overall people strategy, including onboarding, performance, and retention efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Brings a minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with a proven ability to attract and hire top talent across a range of functions and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling recruitment functions in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformational environments.
  • Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or internal communications, with a strong understanding of how to position a company to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with exceptional interpersonal and influencing abilities.
  • A strategic thinker who also thrives in a hands-on role—comfortable designing the bigger picture while managing day-to-day execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in the English language is a must.
  • Adept at using data and recruitment analytics to inform decisions, track performance, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
