Overview

Iniala Group is redefining luxury hospitality through bold innovation, curated experiences, and a commitment to excellence. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing to lead marketing, communications, and brand strategy across current and future properties.

In this role, you will set and drive the strategic direction of Iniala’s brand, digital marketing, PR, and communications, overseeing campaigns that build brand visibility, strengthen guest loyalty, drive direct bookings, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or related sectors—someone who blends strategic vision with creativity and digital expertise, and who excels at leading cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results-driven, innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement the annual strategic marketing plan to support business objectives and enhance the client journey.
  • Ensure compelling storytelling of the group’s offerings, experiences, and unique positioning across all sales and marketing touchpoints to clients.

Operational Execution

Marketing Campaigns & Asset Management

  • Develop and manage a robust marketing campaign calendar and engaging campaign rollout to ensure consistent, timely, and effective brand messaging across all touchpoints in line with business priorities
  • Oversee all asset creation and maintenance for website, social media, newsletter and other collateral materials including photoshoot, copywriting and visual direction etc. by briefing, coordinating and guiding relevant team or external creative agencies
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice based on brand guidelines
  • Provide strategic input on digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives and provide support in the rollout of campaigns
  • Track, analyse and report on digital performance and campaign success using relevant KPIs and reporting tools.

Public Relations, Communications & Promotions

  • Sets the overarching Public Relations and SM influencers strategy and ensure performance optimized
  • Manage relations with PR agencies and influencers to drive awareness of hotel offerings and sales initiatives
  • Partner with sales teams to create targeted offers and promotion to support bookings and dining reservations

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Leads, inspires and mentors a high-performance team. Establish and track KPIs across all sub-areas and ensure team is trained, developed and motivated.
  • Work cross-functionally by efficiently communicating and coordinating all stakeholders to ensure successful launch execution across all channels

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or certification a plus
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong business acumen with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making
  • Expertise in CRM tools, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and digital analytics
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, branding, and content quality
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking, and proactive problem-solving approach
  • International experience or exposure to global markets is highly desirable
