  • Participate in and co-lead interviews with hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit, alignment with role expectations, and consistency in selection standards.
  • Ensure a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Lead efforts to standardise and improve recruitment-related processes, documentation, templates, and tools across all departments.
  • Develop and support employer branding strategies through online and offline channels, including social media, career pages, and public events.
  • Represent the company at external career fairs, industry events, and recruitment conferences, strengthening the company’s visibility in the talent market.
  • Plan, organise, and host in-house recruitment days and talent outreach events as required, in collaboration with operations and communications teams.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to assess performance, hiring quality, and time-to-fill, and use insights to inform strategy.
  • Use data and recruitment analytics to identify opportunities to optimise sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and inclusive recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment and talent attraction.
  • Support internal mobility and succession planning by identifying and engaging internal talent for career development opportunities.
  • May be required to assist with broader HR responsibilities, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development initiatives, as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a talent management role or as a recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategies, proactive sourcing methods, and structured interview techniques.
