Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the kitchen and front-of-house staff in their daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare and present exquisite dishes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Support the service team in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.


  • Passion for the culinary arts and a strong desire to pursue a career in the fine dining industry.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary or hospitality program (or related field).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
